1、负责车间所有机械设备设施的维护保养、检修和机械设备的安装工作。 Responsible for maintenance, overhaul and installation of all mechanical equipment and facilities in the jurisdiction 2、熟悉和掌握所管辖机械设备的构造和性能，加强维护，保证安全运转 Familiar with and the structure and performance of the mechanical equipment, strengthen maintenance and ensure safe operation 3、与电工等岗位密切配合，相互协作，不推卸责任，共同做好机械设备的维修和故障的处理工作Work closely with electrician and other positions, cooperate with each other, do not shirk responsibility, jointly do mechanical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting work. 4、指导和协助设备操作人员正确合理的做好维护保养工作，有权制止违章操作 Responsible for guiding and assisting the equipment operators to do the correct and reasonable maintenance work, have the right to stop illegal operation 5、做好日常设备检查巡视之工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患； Properly check the daily equipment operation, timely find out problems or potential risk and solve them. 6、负责根据备件消耗情况提交降耗建议，并逐步降低所管区域备件消耗； Propose cost reduction of spare parts ba 7、做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低本区域停机工时及设备原因造成之报废量； Properly do the preventive maintenance, reduce the equipment downtime rate as well as the scraped rate. 8、完成上级委派其他之任务。 Complete other tasks pointed by senior management.
